“เตีย เซรยฮา” ลั่น ไม่ถอย! เผย คุย “ภูมิธรรม” วานนี้ ที่สระแก้วยัน ไม่ปรับกำลัง-ไม่ถอนกำลังทหารกลับไปหลังศาลาตรีมุขเดิมตามที่ไทยเสนอ ยันเป็นดินแดนอธิปไตยกัมพูชา ตกลงแค่ลดความตึงเครียด-รักษาการสื่อสาร -ยึดเจรจาอย่างสันติยันส่ง 3 ปราสาท 1 พื้นที่ ฟ้องศาลโลกที่ลาว
วันที่ 6 มิ.ย.68 วาสนา นาน่วม ผู้สื่อข่าวสายทหาร ได้โพสต์ลงบนเฟซบุ๊ก Wassana Nanuam โดยระบุว่า พลเอกเตีย เซรยฮา รองนายกฯและ รมว.กลาโหมกัมพูชา โพสต์ข้อความ
ว่า บ่ายวันที่ 5 มิถุนายน 2568 ได้ไปหารือกับ นาย ภูมิธรรม เวชยชัย รองนายกรัฐมนตรี และ รมว.กลาโหม ในอำเภอ อรัญประเทศ จังหวัดสระแก้ว ราชอาณาจักรไทย เกี่ยวกับความตึงเครียดบริเวณชายแดนที่เกิดขึ้น
จากการหารือนี้
– ตกลงที่จะลดความตึงเครียดระหว่างทั้งสองฝ่าย รักษาการสื่อสาร ความเข้าใจ และรักษาการเจรจาอย่างสันติต่อไปอีกไม่กี่วันข้างหน้า เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการปะทะกันทางทหารระหว่างกัมพูชาและไทย
– ฝ่ายไทย ขออำนวยความสะดวกให้กองทัพ กลับคืนสู่สภาพเดิมก่อน เผาโรงเรียนยมจิต หรือสภาพเดิม เพราะเมื่อปี 2567 โดย ฝ่ายกัมพูชาปฏิเสธและไม่รับคำร้อง เพราะสถานที่ดังกล่าวอยู่ในอำนาจอธิปไตยของกัมพูชาที่ยืนหยัด มาอย่างยาวนาน ตั้งแต่แรกเริ่ม ฝ่ายกัมพูชา ไม่อาจถอยกลับ จากจุดยืนเดิมได้
– ตราบใดที่ฝ่ายไทย ยังใช้แผนที่และมาตราส่วนต่างกัน เราก็จะไม่พบจุดกึ่งกลางในการรักษาเสถียรภาพชายแดน ฝ่ายกัมพูชายังคงยึดมั่นในเจตนารมณ์ของการเคารพบันทึกความเข้าใจ 2000 (MOU 2000) เหมือนเช่นในอดีต
ดังนั้น ฝ่ายกัมพูชาจึงตัดสินใจเตรียมส่งเขตแดน 4 เขต (เขต Mumbai Region, Taman Thom Temple, Taman Thok Temple and Tak Brouy Temple) to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) ในลาว เพื่อยุติข้อพิพาทและกำหนดขอบเขตที่ชัดเจน กัมพูชาตั้งใจยอมรับเพียงสันติภาพ เสถียรภาพ และผลประโยชน์ของประชาชนทั้งสองฝ่าย
นอกจากนี้ ฝ่ายไทยยังแสดงความเคารพต่อสิทธิของกัมพูชาในการยื่น 4 ประเด็นดังกล่าว ต่อศาลยุติธรรมระหว่างประเทศ (ICJ)
นอกจากนี้ เรายังตกลงที่จะขยายกลไกการเจรจาในการประชุม GBC/JBC/RBC ไปยังประเด็นอื่นๆ ในอีกไม่กี่วันข้างหน้า
ไทยยังได้ยืนยันและปฏิเสธข้อมูลอันเป็นเท็จทั้งหมด และผลักดันสถานการณ์ที่จะกระทบต่อความมั่นคงของทั้งกองทัพและประชาชนของเรา เช่น กล่าวถึงการปิดด่านชายแดนระหว่างประเทศ การยกเลิกการประชุม JBC และข่าวไม่เป็นทางการอื่นๆ

On the afternoon of June 5, 2025, I had a discussion with H.E. Phumtham Wechayachai, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense of Thailand, about the border tensions that occurred in Arna Prathet district, Sra Keo province, Kingdom of Thailand. As a result of the meeting, we had:
– Agreed to reduce tension by both sides, maintained mutual communication, understanding and maintaining peaceful dialogue to the coming days in order to avoid the Cambodia-Thai military clashes.
– The Thai side asked to facilitate the army to return to the original state before burning the Yomjit school or the original state as in 2024 Cambodian side refused and won’t accept the request because the above location is in Cambodia’s sovereignty, which has been standing permanently since the beginning. Cambodian side can’t back down from their standing position.
– As long as the Thai side uses different maps, different scales, we will not find a middle ground in maintaining border stability. The Cambodian side still upholds the spirit of respecting the Memorandum of Understanding 2000 (MOU 2000) as it was in the past. Therefore, the Cambodian party decided to prepare the case of sending the 4 regional divisions (Mumbai Region, Taman Thom Temple, Taman Thok Temple and Tak Brouy Temple) to the International Court of Justice (ICJ) in Laos to end the dispute and set specific boundaries. Cambodia intends to accept only peace, stability and the interest of our people on both sides. In that, the Thai side also showed respect to Cambodia’s right to submit the 4 points to the International Court of Justice (ICJ). We have also agreed to extend the negotiation mechanism in the GBC/JBC/RBC meeting to other points in the coming days.
Thailand has also confirmed and rejected all false information and push the situation that would affect the security of both our military and our people, such as mentioning the closure of international border gates, cancellation of JBC meetings and other informal news.
